Refunds and Returns

You have 14 calendar days to claim a refund for an item(s) from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Your item also needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

We may ask you some questions:
– What’s the reason for your refund?
– Would you prefer a full refund or a replacement item?
– May ask you for video/photo evidence of item(s) that have been sent.

PLEASE NOTE: Poor application of any sticker products results in the item(s) being non-applicable for refunds. We recommend taking a look at our “Sticker applying instructions” to make sure you get it right first time 😊.


If the item has arrived damaged or faulty, we do not require the item to be returned (we will require photo evidence of the items condition). If your return is approved, you have a further 14 days -28 days since the date of purchase for the goods to be back in our possession (non-applicable for damaged products).
 
after everything has been verified, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Not received your order? Don’t worry, we’ll do all we can to track it down and if lost, we will send out a replacement.
